Delivery


Product delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer using courier or selected parcel locker, utilizing the Seller's or third-party delivery services.

  • Latvian Post parcel locker: 2.99
  • DPD courier: 19.99 (For orders outside Latvia)


4.3. We undertake to process and ship your order no later than 3 working days from the moment of order confirmation.

4.4. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the delivery location and chosen delivery method.

4.5. The Seller is not responsible for delays in product delivery if they are caused by reasons beyond the Seller's control. (During holidays, order delivery times may differ due to the delivery company's workload).

4.6. The Buyer is obliged to collect the order from the parcel locker in a timely manner, observing the storage time in the parcel locker as indicated by the product delivery company. If the order is not collected, it is returned to the Seller.

4.7. The Buyer is obliged to be at the specified address at the time of product delivery and receive it. If the order is not received, it is returned to the Seller.

4.8. If the buyer has not ensured compliance with points 4.4. and 4.5., the Seller is not liable for losses. In this case, the Buyer has the opportunity to contact the Seller and agree on payment for repeated shipping costs by writing to the email [email protected], indicating the order number.
